**No portion of any exhibit may be dismantled and/or removed before 4:00 p.m. Sunday, June 6. Violators will forfeit priority points
earned for AAMI eXchange 2023.

Please Note: Exhibit hours are subject to change depending on current Health & Safety related requirements. 

The Exhibitor Service Kit will be available in late winter to place orders for the show. The Kit will be emailed from our Official Decorator, GES.

Registration for exhibitor badges will be available in March 2022.

Exhibitors receive One (1) COMPLIMENTARY FULL conference registration and three (3) COMPLIMENTARY Expo Plus badges per 100 sq. ft. for booth personnel. Additional booth personnel badges for company representatives may be purchased for $50 each.

Note: Expo Plus badges provide access to the Expo hall and main stage presentations only.

GES is the Official Service Contractor for the show, providing material handling, furniture rental, carpeting, labor and more.  The convention center provides electricity, telecommunications, utilities, rigging, etc.

Your booth space fee also includes:

  • Enhanced exhibitor portal including:

  • Attendee mailing list of all opt-in attendees for pre- and post-show marketing.
  • Company and product listing on the official show mobile app.
  • A 2022 Exhibitor graphic to use in your marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Every 100 square foot space includes 8’ back drape, 3’ side drape, and company identification sign.

Exhibitors are responsible for the following services (if needed), which are not included in the booth space fee: booth furnishings, carpet/flooring (mandatory), inbound and outbound shipping and freight handling costs, electrical, internet and other utility services, audiovisual equipment, booth installation and dismantling, booth cleaning an individual booth security.

Exhibitors may enter the hall at posted setup and move-out times, and they may enter the Exhibit Hall one hour prior to opening each day and must leave at the conclusion of the Exhibit Hall hours (Saturday, June 4 at 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, June 5 at 4:00 pm.)

AAMI Show Management and its agents reserve the right to photograph and/or record exhibitors in the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center and to use such likenesses for future promotional purposes. AAMI eXchange encourages attendees to engage and promote the conference on social media and other platforms.

Guidelines to be mindful of:

  • Exhibitor taking photography and/or recording, of any kind, of another exhibitor’s exhibit space or product is strictly prohibited.
  • Only photography of the exhibitor’s own booth space is permitted.
  • Any exhibitor or attendee found to be taking unauthorized photography and/or recording will be asked to leave the show and have their photography and/or recording equipment confiscated.
  • If the violator of this policy is an exhibitor, Show Management reserves the right to remove the exhibit and exhibitor from the show at the exhibiting company’s expense.
  • During the show, all inquiries should be directed to Show Management in the Exhibitor Service area in the exhibit hall.

The UPS Store can be found in the lobby of the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center on the street level at the Main Entrance.
