The TruSense uses innovative technology to remove dissolved gas from finished wine, without consumables. In a single pass, TruSense will remove H2S & O2, while controlling the exact amount of CO2. With the push of a button, the CO2 can be removed for red, controlled in white, or added to make sparkling.
