M.A.R.V.E.L. detects the status of each cooking appliance in the kitchen/galley, whether they are switched off, at heating or cooking temperature, or fully operational, and adjusts the amount of exhaust airflow and fan speed for each hood as required. By constantly reacting and adjusting to any change in the cooking mode, the system saves energy and improves working conditions.
