At Mach3 we offer large scale fabrication and precision machining . MACH3’s specialty is machining large diameter and long parts in large manual horizontal lathes. We have the ability to swing parts up to 84 inches in diameter and up to 37 feet in length. Complementing our horizontal lathes is a Froriep vertical turret lathe with a 98 inch diameter table and maximum swing of 110 inches. We offer large CNC lathe turning on parts up to 80 inches in diameter and 14 feet in length, machining capacity turning parts up to 192 inches in diameter. Other capabilities – blasting and painting, shaft repair/refurbishing and small to large balancing.
