HEG Ltd, a premier company of the LNJ Bhilwara Group, is India’s leading graphite electrode manufacturer. In business for well over 50 years, we have one of the largest integrated Graphite Electrode plants in the world, producing sophisticated UHP electrodes. HEG now proudly commands a capacity of 100,000 MT per annum, following the completion of our most recent expansion of an additional 20,000 MT in 2023 with major investments made in state-of-the-art equipments and processes. The company has been exporting over 70% of its production to more than 35 countries to become a regular and proven supplier to some of the biggest steel mills globally. Our product range extends up to 30” diameter sizes. The majority of our manufacturing consists of large dia UHP electrodes, capable of performing in some of the toughest furnaces. The position the company enjoys today is largely due to its commitment to constant improvements in product quality to meet international standards. Our ability to source the best raw material regularly from worldwide suppliers, receiving constant encouragement from our customers and expanding skills of our human resources have been key growth factors. Additionally, in order to maintain our competitiveness and reliability of power inputs, we operate a fully Captive Power Plant able to generate more than 77 MW at any given time.
