Our “The Golden Falls of Grenada” display, celebrating 50 years of Independence, captivated the judges and audience alike with its stunning Heliconias, Anthuriums, Orchids, Ginger Lilies, Shampoo Gingers, and lush foliage.
In addition to the 17th Gold Medal, our team also took home the prestigious RHS President’s Choice Award, the highest honour at the event! 🏆

This year’s theme, “The Golden Falls of Grenada,” celebrating our 50th year of Independence.
Inspired by the breathtaking Golden Falls, known for its unique twin cascades nestled in the heart of the rainforest. Our display features Heliconias, Anthuriums, Orchids, Ginger Lilies, Shampoo Gingers, and a variety of lush foliage.
Led by the incredible Catherine John, our team has proudly participated for 23 years, earning 16 gold medals, 5 silver-gilt medals and 1 silver medal.
Catch the show from May 21st to May 25th, 2024, at the Royal Hospital Chelsea, Chelsea, London.

ITV’s newest game show, The Fortune Hotel, whisks contestants away to a breathtaking Caribbean island for a chance to win a life-altering sum of money. Hosted by comedian and actor Stephen Mangan, the show pits 10 pairs of contestants against each other in a luxurious five-star resort, with a £250,000 jackpot up for grabs. Upon check-in, each pair receives a briefcase—eight are empty, one holds the jackpot, and one contains an early check-out card that ends the holder’s participation in the show.
The first episode premiered on ITV1 and ITVX on Monday night (May 13) at 9pm.

The Grenada Tourism Authority (GTA) and Spicemas Corporation recently undertook a two-day expo in Trinidad & Tobago with the aim of raising visibility in Grenada’s primary source market in the Caribbean and promoting Spicemas 2024.
Accompanying the GTA delegation were representatives from seven esteemed hotels: True Blue Bay Resort, Point Salines Hotel, Royalton Grenada, Coyaba Beach Resort, Mount Edgecombe, Spice Island Beach Resort, and Mandela Court. Additionally, Jamabalasse Grenada, Tour de Spice, Arleen’s Destination Management, Airport Taxi Union, Grenada Distillers, and the reigning 4 Time Groovy Monarch - Dash.
The team attended various media engagements and interviews, including appearances on major television networks like TV6 & TTT.
The main highlight was a Media & Travel Agents dinner at The Brix Hotel in Port of Spain, which offered an enticing culinary experience infused with Grenadian flavours along with a destination presentation.
The Pure Grenada experience captivated attendees who visited the exhibition booths, making a resounding impact.
