Hot Melt Technologies, Inc. manufactures Hot Melt Butyl Dispensing Systems for use in the assembly of Sealed Insulating Glass. The entry level Benchmark BM215-HVR4-B and the BM615 are smaller bulk melt butyl dispensers with performance, dependability and value for use in lower production of IG units. The BM650 is the next step up in performance. It includes a 50 lb. tank Capacity (220 volt power) with higher output pump capability providing higher volume IG Glass production. All three systems use the lightweight, durable DG Series Handgun which accepts industry standard gunning nozzles. HMT Benchmark Dispensing Systems use a microprocessor temperature control with simple set features for independent temperature settings in the Tank, Hose and Handgun. Auto-Standby and Auto-Off features are standard. For those customers interested in a single source provider, HMT provides an assortment of gunning tips from 3/16" to 3/4" and HMT-8203 butyl sealant.
