Started as a small workshop in 1991, QUAN DAT is currently a leading facade contractor in Design, Engineering, Fabrication and Installation of aluminum and glass products such as curtain walls, windows, doors, etc for high-rise buildings, airports, hotels, resorts and residential projects throughout Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Australia,.. and is expanding into other markets.
1991
Opened a small workshop with 5 skilled workers.
1995
Established an LLC with a 2.000m² factory and finished the first project – Yoco Office Building in HCM City, VN
2003
Expanded to a new 10.000m² factory in HCMC, VN equipped with CNC Machining Center to become the first CNC aluminum fabricator in VN.
2005
Collaborated with foreign partner to implement the Unitized facade system of Tan Son Nhat International Airport (HCMC, VN)
2006
Awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification – Quality Management System
2007
First Vietnamese façade contractor to design and implement Unitized facade system for high-rise buildings such as Gemadept Tower and Sailing Tower (HCMC, VN)
2010
Collaborated with foreign partner to implement the Unitized facade system of 68-stories Bitexco Financial Tower (HCMC, VN).
2011
Expanded to a 70.000m² new factory in Binh Duong and began serving overseas markets : Cambodia, Australia, Myanmar.
2015
First façade contractor to operate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) with Microsoft Dynamics AX and Upgraded to SAP S/4 HANA in 2019.
2022
Awarded ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OH&S).
