The School Project for Utility Rate Reduction (SPURR) is a JPA of public school districts, COEs, and CCDs, founded in 1989. We have over 300 member agencies.
We aggregate purchasing power and expertise for solar/energy storage, LEDs, electric vehicles and supporting infrastructure, telecom/networking, natural gas, electricity, and related services to save time and money for our program participants.
