The San Diego County Schools Risk Management JPA & FBC.
The San Diego County Schools JPA & FBC consists of member districts/charter schools throughout California. The FBC offers its members a variety of fringe benefits for their employees while the JPA offers its members workers compensation and property & liability insurance coverage. Because they are both public entities, and not in the business of making a profit, commissions earned by brokering programs are shared with members. Services are offered at a lower cost than districts can get on their own.
