Beware of Unofficial Solicitors Offering Services for AAMI eXchange

AAMI has been made aware that unauthorized companies are contacting our exhibitors offering their services for AAMI eXchange 2022. These vendors include so-called list providers, housing poaching companies and unauthorized Exhibitor Services Contractors.  Do not reply to these pirates.

PLEASE NOTE: 

• AAMI DOES NOT have an outside vendor that would offer an attendee list. AAMI does not sell its attendee lists. 
• The only way to get a room in AAMI's hotel block is through Maritz Global Events, the NEW Official Housing Provider for AAMI eXchange 2022.  Any other housing companies are not affiliated with AAMI.
• Lastly, our official decorator is GES.

If you are contacted by a company claiming to be associated with AAMI eXchange, trying to sell hotel rooms or selling a list or services, please notify AAMI eXchange staff before providing and company or personal, credit card, or banking information.
