Founded in 1989, the Life Sciences Summer Undergraduate Research Program (LSSURP) offers a 10 week intensive research project and career development opportunities in several areas. The programs begin with a joint orientation weekend and conclude with a poster symposium. Besides the faculty-directed research there are special activities for professional development as well as scientific and social interactions.
