The University of Connecticut Health Center (UCHC) is situated in the beautiful New England town of Farmington, Connecticut. UCHC is comprised of the School of Medicine, the School of Dental Medicine and the Graduate School, a division of the Graduate School of the University of Connecticut. The Graduate School at UCHC offers the following degree programs: PhD in Biomedical Science; Master of Public Health; PhD in Public Health; Master of Science in Clinical and Translational Research; and Master of Dental Science. The Biomedical Science PhD program consists of seven areas of concentration (Cell Analysis and Modeling; Cell Biology; Genetics and Developmental Biology; Immunology; Molecular Biology and Biochemistry; Neuroscience; and Skeletal, Craniofacial and Oral Biology. The MD/PhD and DMD/PhD combined degree programs are also available. UCHC’s academic environment promotes collegiality, creativity and independent thinking.
