Located at the Loyola University Chicago Health Sciences Division in suburban Maywood, Illinois, with one of the highest-rated medical centers in the Midwest, our graduate programs provide solid training for research scientists in conjunction with the resources of the Stritch School of Medicine. Due to the constantly changing landscape of research and medicine, graduate study is more interdisciplinary than ever. PhD, MS, MS/MBA and MD/PhD degrees include emphases in biochemistry and molecular biology, cell and molecular physiology, integrative cell biology, microbiology and immunology, molecular pharmacology and therapeutics, and neuroscience. The MS degree in infectious disease and immunology is also offered.
