CSIRO is Australia's national research body. At CPhI, we're showcasing our RAFT controlled polymerization technology that makes surface coatings, sustained release systems, and bio-conjugation a breeze. Or just use them as excipients. At our new continuous flow chemistry facility, FloWorks, we work with chemical industry clients to convert batch processes into continuous ones, reducing power consumption, waste stream, and footprint. We have developed 3D metal printed catalytic static mixers (CSMs) coated in catalysts (Pd/Pt/Rh etc) as inserts for our flow reactors eliminating the need to filter Pd-C slurries. Intelligent membranes based on MOFs with slow-ageing properties help with continuous filtration and pervaporation. And our small molecule compound library drawn from previous medchem/veterinary/agchem projects is available for screening.
